Join us Wednesday, April 19 for James Lester; Owner/Winemaker Wyncroft Winery, for a guided tasting of his exceptional Michigan Wyncroft wines. Along with the tasting, will be small plates made by Chef Josh from Water and Wheat Vegan Restaurant.

Chardonnay - Apple Fennel Salad with tangerine, ginger, green olive & pickled ramp
Sho Blanc – King Oyster Ceviche with avocado, grapefruit, jicama, serrano & plantain chip
Riesling - Water & Wheat Roasted Chickun Satay skewers with peanut sauce
Pinot noir – Water & Wheat “Steak”, duxelles, Dijon, butternut “bacon”, pickled asparagus on puff pastry
